There are a number of pricing options for you to choose from. The one that best suits your needs will depend on the number of events and registrations you anticipate over a 12 month period.
GuestLIST is suitable for events where guests are not required to make a payment as part of their registration.
GuestLIST Plus is suitable for events where guests are not required to make a payment as part of their registration and need to register for more than one option.
BoxOFFICE is suitable for events where guests are required to make a payment as part of their registration.
BoxOFFICE Plus is suitable for events where guests are required to register for more than one option and make a payment as part of their registration.
Casual Facility is designed for one off, adhoc events or a small number of total events over a 12 month period.
Choose Annual Facility for multiple events over a 12 month period with the option of more than one Administrator access.

Fee Summary - how we work.
There are three areas where we charge for service
1. Registration Fees per Guest.
2. Event Setup
3. Professional Support including Customisation/Tailoring/Studio time and solution design
4. Event Treasury - Service fees for managing and processing payments.
Terms and Conditions.
All prices are displayed ex-GST.
One hour is allowed for each event set-up. Should your registration site require significant branding and customisation then this will be charged in 15 minute blocks at $185 per hour.
A minimum of 50 guest spots applies to Casual GuestLIST and BoxOFFICE facilities. Accordingly, based on 50 guest spots, Casual GuestLIST minimum charge is $325 and BoxOFFICE is $600.
The Casual GuestLIST, BoxOFFICE + Annual Individual allows for only one administrator login.
